Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the mainland Unites States. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days from where we are headquartered in Central Oregon. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information! All orders under $150 will ship for a flat rate of $10. All orders over $150 will ship for free. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, please contact customer service prior to purchase for a quote, hiofearth@gmail.com.

Returns

We accept returns on unused items that are in original condition within 14 days of online purchase. In order to return an item, please first contact us at hiofearth@gmail.com. Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition we will email you alerting you that your return has been received and issue a full refund minus shipping costs to the method of payment.

*Please note: returns will not be accepted on items that were purchased prior to 14 days, or any items that have been damaged after delivery. We DO NOT accept returns on any sale or vintage items. Before buying vintage, please read the full product description to ensure you know the quality and any possible flaws.
